Door kit contents:
To begin the installation of the door, you must first remove the 46inch long strap (as seen in diagram 1.1 #8) from the bottom section of the side of the cart you will be installing the door on. The door has a stainless steel hinge that has been pre-drilled. Turn the hinge upward and place flat on the floor of the bottom section. The door will stand in the closed position in between the two (2) 1 ½inch tubing uprights. The Fold down door has two pre-drilled holes that line up with the two holes in the uprights.
Place the cotter pins through the holes in the uprights to hold the door in the closed position. Once the pins have been installed drill four (4) 3/8inch holes though the bottom of the cart using the pre-drilled holes in the hinges as a guide. Use the four (4) 3/8inch x 2inch bolts provided to secure the hinge/door to the bottom section of the cart.
